This is a high class vintage hotel and restaurant. We just went for the restaurant. The food was very good. The service in both the bar and the restaurant were quite slow, although both were enjoyable. They have gardens surrounding the building that you can walk through with citrus trees, and a nice view. We would probably go back, but it would be nice if they were a bit more responsive.

Highly recommend and incredible staff. We had an issue with our reservation on our end, Rachel and Laura were super helpful in working to find a solution. Beautiful hotel and grounds, 2 mins from Healdsburg, staff were great!

This is a lovely quaint location. The menu has a short list of interesting items. Service is slow but friendly. I left my wallet here and they were kind enough to call and the server offered to take a few photos. When here two days in a row. Day one food was great, Day 2 stea k was not cooked to order and chewy. Not a tremendous list of seafood or fish options on the menu but to be expected away from coast. Wine and mixed drinks were great. This place to be rock star if a bit more attention may paid to the overall experience. I would go back.

Beautifully renovated charming old manor with friendly staff and a wonderful restaurant. It's in fact rare to find such an elegant place, and I appreciated how they had respected the historical building and tastefully added some more contemporary design elements. We had a lovely experience from beginning to the end and look forward to visiting again!

My 2nd visit to Madrona Manor was spectacular, just like the first. I'm determined to return so I can stay over night and enjoy ALL they have to offer! We enjoyed a lovely brunch on the Palm terrace. The cocktails started us off right, and it got better from there! Skyler was a very attentive, but not intrusive server. The meal was delicious, served fresh, warm and very appealing. Try the eggs Benedict, the donut holes, and just about anything on the menu! We loved it all! Also, take a walk around the grounds. It's beautifully maintained!

I had a large party that fluctuated in size, and the staff was able to work with me and accommodate me down to the last moment. The food was incredible, the rooms were gorgeous, and I highly recommend this place to visitors and natives of sonoma County alike.

If you're looking at a trip to wine country generally, or Healdsburg specifically, you know there are a lot of options. We've been coming up here from LA a lot over the past 10years and the one place that is our absolute first check (before looking at wineries or restaurants or anything else) is whether we can stay at the Madrona. The property grounds are absolutely gorgeous and you actually feel like you have an oasis to escape to at the end of a day of exploring. We've stayed in most of the rooms at this point, and every single one is special in its own way. If you can get one of the salon rooms, we LOVE those. There is a lot more to the property than just being the best place for a good night's sleep in the area in a serene setting... They have e-bikes that you can use in the morning for a ride along Westside road. The complimentary car service - arrange in advance - will ferry you to and from town. We usually make a point of having at least one dinner onsite as both the food and beverage program are great! Finally, the staff really go out of their way to make your stay as special as possible - if it's your first time to the area, be sure to reach out in advance for great suggestions about vineyards, shops, and restaurants to visit in the area.
